Bonnie had 3 children. Jeffery David Barlow (Louise), Jodi Lynn Barlow (deceased) and Andrew James Barlow (Susan).
3 grandchildren Sophia Barlow, Jack Barlow and Oliver Barlow. (From Jeff and Louise)
Sister to the Donna Pittman (deceased) and Bill Dunn of the UK. Favourite auntie to Meghan Dunn, Joel Pittman and Jacob Pittman and nieces and nephews in the Doyle family.
Survived by husband Terrence Doyle.
Bonnie grew up in the Swan River Valley and also in BC with her family. As a young woman she had a career in nursing in the Canadian Armed Forces where she met her first husband Wilfred Barlow. Later she returned to the work force after raising her family and started a successful business career with a multi-national company where she became a senior executive. She retired from that to help her husband Terry with his architectural interior design business in Vancouver BC. Finally they settled on Vancouver Island in retirement and closer to her beloved grandchildren.
Bonnie had a sharp and clever sense of humour and could always provoke a lively conversation. She loved fast cars, convertibles, great restaurants and travel to Europe. Family always came first. She was a strong character but would melt when she met a small child or a puppy.
She influenced all of our lives in positive ways and is already terribly missed by all who knew her.
