Meranda was a beautiful young woman. She will be remembered for being kind, loving, and caring towards those who came across her path. She presented you with a welcomed smile and showed affection towards her family and friends. Meranda always made sure to say, “I love you”. She will be greatly missed. Meranda will remain in our hearts as she continues her journey to the spirt world where she will be lovingly welcomed by family.
She was blessed to be born into a blended family and had strong bonds to The Stevens’s, The Minks, and The Audy Family. She has touched so many peoples lives with her heart felt presence in the communities of Wuswi Siphik, Saptoweyak, and in Winnipeg where she lived before her passing. Meranda had a lot of compassion towards people. She worked with the homeless and with the harm reduction in Winnipeg.
Meranda gave birth to two precious girls whom she loved very much. She will be mourned by her children Laci and Michelle Chartrand who reside in Sapotaweyak.
She will be greatly missed by her brothers Mathew Stevens, Benjamin Young, Harley Audy, Billy Young, Merrick Young, Derrick Young, Leslie Linklater, and sisters Raven Audy and Jaunie Young.
Meranda will also be missed by her dad Clayton Mink Sr. Uncles, Ricky Mink, Doug Sanderson, Gregory Stevens, Robert Stevens. Aunts, Elsie Hungtinhawk, Doreen Stevens, and Eva Stevens. Meranda loved and cherished all her family. If we have missed anyone, we apologize as it was not intentional.
Meranda was predeceased by her mother Twylla Stevens, father Derek Audy, grand parents Rubina Sinclair, Frederick Stevens, Tina and Mervin Stevens, Josephine Mink and Kelly Brass. Uncles, Francis Stevens, Roland Stevens, Darren Mink, Darcy Mink. Aunt’s, Rhonda Stevens, Audrey Cook, Veronica Stevens, Karen Audy, Angela Mink and brother, Clayton Mink Jr.
