Norman Dwight Martinson

Norm was born to Corey and Ida Martinson in Flin Flon, Manitoba on Monday, July 24, 1944. Norman passed away peacefully in the Swan Valley Health Centre on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at the age of 80.

In 1955 at the age of 11, Norman moved with his family to Wanless, MB where he spent most of his life. Norm and Jude later moved to Birch River, MB in 2010 where he resided until his death. 

Norman appreciated spending his time outdoors in nature, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, boating, and quadding.  Norm loved music and he enjoyed his karaoke sessions. He loved hosting his many friends and family with a night of singing Karaoke. There were always a lot of laughs and good times when he was around, and we will cherish those memories. Norm was a very thoughtful and generous person, and he was always there to lend a hand. Norm was especially kind to all animals and he will be greatly missed by his beloved pets Chloe and Kit Cat who he loved dearly
