Stephen "Steve" Nadolney

Stephen Michael Nadolney of Cowan, Manitoba passed away in his home on May 22nd, 2023 at the age of 71 years. Stephen was born in Swan River, MB on June 10th, 1951 to Steve and Shirley Nadolney. He started his schooling in Cowan Ridge School, then moved on to Minitonas school. In Swan River he finished his grade 12.

After high school Steve moved on to work at the Canadian National Railway for 4 years. He then started working for Manitoba Highways. After 33 years he switched to working for the RM of the Mountain and Canada Post. Steve also had a family farm to take care of at home in Cowan.

Steve enjoyed reading, but he more so enjoyed being outside. He wanted to do anything on the move and in the sun. He liked traveling, camping, boating, hunting, fishing, and exploring by quad, snowmobile or vehicle. one of Steve's fafourite ways to spend his time was by visiting with family and friends.

Left to remember Steve his brother Stanley Nadolney (Cowan); brother-in-law Russel Betnar (Flin Flon, MB); nieces Sherry (Anthony) Carter and family: Troy, Avery, Addyson (Creighton, SK); Michelle Betnar (Flin Flon); Corrie (Nathon) Kucherhan and family: Emma, Ben, Nolan (Winnipeg, MB); nephew Alex Betnar (Morgen Jebsen) (Creighton).

Steve was predeceased by his parents Steve and Shirley Nadolney; and sister Sheryl Betnar.

Steve will be dearly missed by all that had the good fortune of knowing him!

A memorial service to pay tribute to Steve's life will be held on Friday, June 30th, 2023 at 11:00 AM from the Cowan Community Hall with Pastor Bob Lewis Officiating. Steve will be laid to rest in the Pine Grove Cemetery following the funeral. A time of fellowship and refreshments will be held at the Cowan Community Hall following the interment.
