Susan Woodley

It is with deep gratitude for the contributions of her life and sadness that we announce the passing of Susan Evelyn Delyea Woodley of Minitonas, passed away on January 11, 2024 at the age of 75 years.

 Susan was born on September 3rd, 1948 to Orville and Gladys Delyea. Susan and her late husband Donald Woodley married on March 17th, 1967 in Swan River, MB. Susan got her education at Swan River Collegiate, she would go on to be a homemaker and a farm wife. She was active with the United Church; serving as a church chair and a Sunday school teacher. She would often set up for communion; she also very much enjoyed fall suppers.

Susan is survived by her sons Cameron Woodley and Garrett Woodley (Michelle) and her grandchildren Jackson and Tyson.

She was predeceased by: her parents Orville and Gladys Delyea; Husband Donald Woodley, Grandson Kurtis and other extended family members.

In keeping with Susan’s wishes cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held at a later date and Susan will be laid to rest in the Minitonas Cemetery. Details will be posted closer to that time.
